Synergistic Metabolic & Antioxidant Support
Berbecore Advanced takes the proven foundation of our Classic formula and elevates it with the addition of Ceylon Cinnamon — the 'true cinnamon' — at a clinically relevant 200mg dose. Ceylon Cinnamon has been shown to improve insulin receptor sensitivity and slow gastric emptying, complementing Berberine's AMPK-activation mechanism through a distinct and synergistic pathway. Together, these two compounds deliver a more comprehensive metabolic support profile than either ingredient alone.
No proprietary blends. No hidden ingredients. Every active compound is listed with its exact dose and clinical rationale.
Pharmaceutical-grade Berberine Hydrochloride from Berberis aristata root. Activates AMPK to regulate glucose and lipid metabolism, reduce hepatic glucose production, and improve insulin sensitivity. The cornerstone of the Berbecore Advanced formula.
Extracted from Cinnamomum verum (true Ceylon Cinnamon) — not the cheaper Cassia variety. Ceylon Cinnamon contains cinnamaldehyde and A-type proanthocyanidins that improve insulin receptor signaling and slow carbohydrate digestion. At 200mg, it complements Berberine through a distinct and additive mechanism.

Follow these evidence-based guidelines to maximize the effectiveness of your Berbecore supplement. Consistency and timing are key to achieving optimal results.
Take 1 capsule with each of your main meals — ideally breakfast, lunch, and dinner — for a total of 3 capsules daily (1,500mg Berberine + 600mg Ceylon Cinnamon).
If you eat 3 meals but only one is carbohydrate-heavy, prioritize taking Berbecore Advanced with that meal. The formula is most effective when active during peak glucose absorption.
The synergistic effect of Berberine and Ceylon Cinnamon builds over time. Users typically report the most noticeable improvements in post-meal energy and glucose stability after 4–6 weeks.
We recommend tracking fasting glucose and post-meal glucose readings (if available) to objectively measure your progress. Share these with your healthcare provider at your next visit.
Important: Consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medications.
Cassia Cinnamon (the common grocery store variety) contains high levels of coumarin, a compound that can be harmful to the liver in large doses. Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) contains negligible coumarin and is considered safe for daily supplementation. It also has a more favorable active compound profile for metabolic support.
They work through complementary, non-overlapping pathways. Berberine activates AMPK and reduces hepatic glucose production. Ceylon Cinnamon improves insulin receptor sensitivity and slows gastric emptying. Together, they address blood sugar regulation from multiple angles, producing a more comprehensive effect than either ingredient alone.
Many of our customers use Berbecore Advanced specifically for pre-diabetes management. However, we strongly recommend working with your healthcare provider to monitor your blood glucose levels and adjust any existing treatment plans accordingly. Berberine's blood-sugar-lowering effects can be significant.
Absolutely. Berbecore Advanced is a direct upgrade from Classic. You can switch immediately — there is no need for a transition period. Simply replace your Classic capsules with Advanced at the same dosing schedule.
The capsule is fully sealed, so there is no taste difference during swallowing. Some users report a very mild cinnamon aftertaste if they bite into a capsule, but this is not recommended.
